Preventative Maintenance Request

A MedCare representative will reach out within 72 hours (excluding holidays) to schedule your preventative maintenance visit.

We currently do preventative maintenance on
stationary concentrators only.

If you need supplies for your other equipment or are having issues with your equipment please call into our main number (833-297-2905) so that the appropriate department can assist you.

If your equipment is non-life sustaining please call into our repair department at 833-297-2905 option 1 > 2.

If your equipment is life sustaining please contact 911 / emergency services.
