The steps we are taking to protect you.
MedCare takes the health and safety of our patients, our staff and our community very seriously and is following guidelines from both Pennsylvania Department of Health (www.health.pa.gov) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.cdc.gov) to help control the spread of illness. To that end below are the steps and precautions we are taking at this time.
Wherever possible, MedCare will be utilizing UPS for product deliveries, and supporting patients via Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, and Phone. All nebulizers will be shipped for next day delivery, with instructions for usage and appropriate contact information should there be questions.
Our retail stores and repair clinic will be closed through April 13 or until this public health crisis has passed. Customer service representatives are available via phone on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to assist you with purchases and answer questions about our products and services. Please view our contact information here.
All large home medical items being delivered by MedCare delivery technicians will be brought to the door, rather than taken into the home. Please have someone available to receive the delivery.
Any product returns will be handled in a like manner with MedCare scheduling pickups outside the home in an area deemed secure.
To avoid any disruption in service or equipment operation, repair technicians will be available via Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, and Phone to troubleshoot products or determine appropriateness of an in-home visit.
